REEE Europe 2003 Conference: September 11-13th

BACKGROUND
This conference gathers business, science, and engineering faculty from leading universities in the United States with the goal of accelerating entrepreneurship education for scientists and engineers. Specifically, REEE offers an opportunity for established entrepreneurship programs to share their success stories, and for new and established programs to learn how to enhance their offerings. The meeting includes a formal program and interactive workshops, as well as many opportunities for informal discussions with colleagues.

Up to two faculty members from each school are encouraged to attend. Optimally, this includes one faculty member from science or engineering and one from business.

The conference is dedicated to the memory of Gloria Appel.

REEE EUROPE
Stanford also co-hosts an annual conference in Europe, know as REEE Europe, with the Center for Scientific Enterprise in London and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL). REEE Europe 2001 was held at the London Business School. REEE Europe 2002 was held in Switzerland.
