Travel Information
REE Latin America 2009 will take place in Termas de Chillán, at Bío Bío Region, Chile. The nearest airport to Termas de Chillán is in Concepción. If you are coming from overseas you will get first to Santiago International Airport. We recommend booking the first or second flight from Santiago to Concepción, on October 25th. Once there, REE LA will have transportation arranged, to take you to the mountains.
The Fee Includes 3 nights of accommodation, all meals during the event and transportation between the venue and Concepción Airport. It does not include the flights between Santiago and Concepción.
The venue for REE LA will be Termas de Chillán Hotel, one of the most important mountains resorts in Latinoamerica. Check REE LA’s travel guide for further information.

REE LA 2009 will provide transportation between Concepción Airport and Termas de Chillán coordinated with the following flights: Wednesday 25/11 LA201- LA203 and Saturday 28/11 LA206 - LA208.

Other Accommodation
For previous or later nights in Santiago or Concepción, participants need to book accommodation by themselves and indicate reference to 'Universidad del Desarrollo / Congreso REE LA 2009' to have special rates at the following hotels:
- All rates are subject to 19% Tax
- Exchange rate by 09/2009: US$ 1 = CL$ 550 (Chilean Pesos)
Hotels rates depend on exchange rate by the date of reservation.
